As an attorney in general practice I am aware of the anxiety, frustration, and distrust that you may feel if you must begin a legal procedure. Why should you call me? Because I strive to give the kind of service to my clients that I would like to receive. As a general practitioner, I am able to provide my clients with a wide variety of legal assistance. I can assist if you are being sued, handle any personal injury or wrongful death claim, assist in employment or termination problems, handle your divorce, assist in your estate plan, or help in most any other legal matter you may have.
As a sole practitioner, I don't answer to any partners on how I proceed with a case, nor am I required to bill so many hours each week. I can devote the personal time and attention to your case that it deserves and I will. When you come into my office, you will meet with me and not an associate or a paralegal.
As a husband of 37 years, a father of four, and a grandfather of four, I am aware of the needs of family members. My goal is to reduce the anxiety, trepidation, and negative impact that accompany most legal procedures and may affect both you and the entire family unit. I do this by providing personal individual service. By being sensitive to the needs and best interests of all family members and by thoroughly explaining the legal process in which you may be about to embark.
